ESH Restaurant Group was built upon more than seven decades of combined culinary journey of the Sinanaj Brothers.
The three Brothers came to New York from Montenegro with a strong work ethic, which they credit to their father, and the determination to succeed in a new land. Their culinary expertise improved at Peter Luger Steak House in Brooklyn.
Here, they learned the ropes of operating a successful business, from how to source the best ingredients, to cultivating relationships with local markets & butchers, orchestrating both the operational and customer service aspects of an A-list establishment.
